Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, or a replacement product will be sent, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

• Items returned after the 7-day return period.

• Products that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you.
